1. How we collect and use your personal information:
Personal information is a variety of information, electronically or otherwise, that can be individual or in combination with other information identifying a particular person or reflect the activity of a particular person.

(i) To provide you with online sports data recording and health analysis guidance. Our devices are to used only as a guide.
A. Business Function One: Register as a user
To complete your account creation, you are NOT required to provide the following information: your name, address of business or residence, email address or mobile phone number. You will however need to register an email address as your Username and a Password in order for us assist you should you forget your login to our accompanying App.
During the registration process, if you provide the following additional information, it will help us to provide you with better service and a more feature rich experience: occupation, name of employer, educational background, etc. However, none of this information is mandatory and should you decide not to provide this information, you will not be affected by the basic functionality of using the service.
The information you provide will continue to be authorized by us for use during your use of the Service. When you cancel your account, we will stop using the information.
B. Business Function Two: Sports data records, Health analysis, Community Sharing.
(ii) Conducting internal data analysis and research, SDK statistical services by third-parties to improve our products and services. We only collect data based on your interactions with us and the choices you make, including your privacy settings and the products and features you use. The data we collect may include SDK/API/JS code version, browser, Internet Service provider, IP address, platform, timestamp, app identifier, application version, app distribution channel, standalone device identifier, IOS ad identifier (IDFA), Android Advertiser identifier, network card (MAC) address, International Mobile Device Identification number (IMEI), device model, terminal manufacturer, OS version, Session start / Stop time, language location, time zone and network status (WiFi , etc.), hard disk,CPU and battery usage, etc.
(iii) Data collection and storage for APPLE HealthKit and CareKit
We collect relevant user data to optimize our APP's own services, and we do not provide this data to advertisers or other for-profit data agencies.
(iv) Description of other business scenarios
We will ask for your prior consent if we want to use the information for other purposes not stated in this Policy.
Before we use information collected for other purposes, we will ask for your consent in advance.
2. How we share, transfer and publicly disclose your personal information
(i) Sharing
We will not share your personal information with any other company, organization or individual, except in the following cases and only with your prior consent:

(v) In the event of an unfortunate occurrence of personal information security, we will, as required by law and regulations, promptly inform you of the basic circumstances and possible impact of the security incident, the disposition measures we have taken or will take, the advice you can take to prevent and mitigate the risk, and remedies you can take. 4. Your Rights

(ii) Correction of your personal information:
You have the right to ask us to make corrections when you find that we are dealing with an error regarding the personal information that you entered o the App. You may make a correction request by using the form listed in "(a) access to your personal information".
If you are unable to correct this personal information through the links supplied, you can contact us at any time using our online web form or send an email to support@hicling.com. We will respond to your request for correction within 24 hours.
(iii) Deletion of your personal information
You can ask us to delete your personal information from our servers in the following situations:
A. If our handling of personal information violates local laws and regulations;
B. If we collect or use your personal information without your consent;
C. If our handling of personal information violates our agreement with you;
D. If you no longer use our products or services, or you cancel your account with us;
E. If we no longer provide you with products or services.
If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entity from whom we have obtained your personal information and require it to be deleted in a timely manner, unless otherwise provided in the laws or regulations, or those entities are granted your independent Authorization.
When you remove information from our services, we may not immediately remove the information from the backup system, however we will delete the information when the backup is updated which will occur no later than 48 hours after the request of removal is received by us.
(iv) Change the scope of your authorized consent
Each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed (see "part one" of this strategy). You may at any time grant or withdraw your consent for the collection and use of additional personal information collected.
You can do it by yourself in the following ways:
When you withdraw your consent, we will not process the corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw your consent will not affect the processing of personal information previously based on your authorization.
(v) Personal Information Subject cancellation account
If you cancel your account and delete the relevant personal information, you can contact us at any time using our online web form or send an email to support@hicling.com. We will delete all of your personal information and data within a period of 24 hours and reply to you by email.
After you cancel your account, we will cease to provide you with products or services and, subject to your request, remove your personal information except as otherwise provided by local laws and regulations.
(vi) Automatic decision-making of constrained information systems:
In some business functions, we may only make decisions based on non-manual automatic decision-making mechanisms, such as information systems and ALGORITHMS. If these decisions significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to ask us for explanations, and we will provide appropriate remedies.
(vii) In response to your request:
To ensure the information security, you may be required to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. For your reasonable requests, we do not charge a fee in principle, but we will charge a certain cost for the repeated or exceedingly unreasonable limit of the Request. We may reject requests that are unnecessarily repetitive, require too much technical means (for example, need to develop new systems or fundamentally or change existing practices), pose a risk to others ' legitimate rights, or are very impractical (for example, involving information stored on backup tapes).
We will not be able to respond to your request in the following cases, as required by law and regulation:

C. Related to criminal investigation, prosecution and trial;

Our products, websites and services are mainly for Adults. Children are not allowed to create their own user accounts without parental or guardian consent.
